"We did self park. Parking lot was right behind the hotel. The room and view were fine. Only issue was the tv, safe and refrigerator were all unplugged. We had to call maintenance. Also, the bathrooms appeared clean but there were several hairs in the shower. I hate seeing that. "

"Cleanliness needs to be much better. Housekeeping has to come back and clean multiple areas and change the linen. Curtain partly torn off but maintenance couldn’t fix it then. Views were nice. "

"Beautiful new hotel with amazing views but there are zero amenities after 8pm. No food or drinks after 8pm and you are on an island physically so hard to leave and get anything. Don’t arrive hungry and certainly don’t expect to hang in a hotel bar. We asked for a connected room and they did not offer this (didn’t see like they tried as the hotel did not feel full). It was a waste of money to get a connecting room. Staff did not seem interested in problem solving."

"The location is great and the staff were friendly. There was no artwork on 3 of the walls, so the space felt boring. I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator nor microwave in the room. Nearly every place I have stayed included a refrigerator. Some improvements in the room appeared hastily done."

"Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Scanning the key card to get into the hostel, use the elevators, and access the room made me feel safe. Location was great. Stayed with my son and the free pool tables were awesome. I took the free walking tour. Bill the guide was fun and informative. Would definitely stay again. Best U.S. hostel I have stayed at. "
