Top Miches Hotel Reviews

Excellence Carmen Punta Cana - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Staff didn't linger around expecting tips for everything and always smiled and helped as much as they could and the food was fabulous and could relax and enjoy everything the resort had to offer with no hidden fees over all more then I had hoped for on our honeymoon just watch out for the beach vendors"

Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"We had a great stay at Ocean El Faro! The resort was very well maintained, and the pools were extremely clean. The beach and ocean were also clean, which made the overall experience enjoyable. I would rate the food a 3.5/5. It wasn’t bad at all, but it was pretty typical all-inclusive resort food. There were options to choose from, but nothing that really stood out to me. The biggest area I feel the resort could improve on is the activities and entertainment. I would have loved to see more things to do throughout the day, as well as more opportunities to experience authentic Dominican culture. Incorporating more local music, traditional dancing, cultural activities, and experiences that showcase the Dominican Republic would make the stay feel much more unique and memorable. Overall, the resort was beautiful, clean, and well kept. With more engaging activities and a stronger focus on Dominican culture, I think the experience could be even better!"

The Excellence Club at Finest Punta Cana Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at the Excellence Club @ the Finest Resort in Punta Cana (the adults only section). From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered like VIP's. The staff were so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, modern, and super comfortable. Our private pool in our room felt like one of the biggest we've seen at a resort (probably 16 by 16). The food was fantastic and we tried almost all of the restaurants during our stay. The beach was beautiful and there was no shortage of activities throughout the day and night. We didn't utilize the spa, but it looked lovely. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, D.R. and our first stay at an Excellence resort, and we were not disappointed. We will defenitely return. Bravo Excellence!"

Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana for her birthday. The personal attention from the staff made this getaway special. A huge thank-you to Marlene. She coordinated our Italian dinner reservation, spa appointments, and romantic beach dinner, which my wife described as lovely. She sent us an itinerary, reminded us about the spa, and suggested arriving early for hydrotherapy. She checked in throughout our stay and even reached out on departure day to wish us a safe trip home. We felt looked after. Our butler, Raifer, also deserves recognition. He shared daily activity schedules and responded promptly to our questions and requests for room aroma and specialty pillows. Most thoughtfully, he remembered my wife’s birthday and offered to arrange a surprise in our room. He coordinated around our schedule and made sure it was ready before his days off. Yeni brought so much warmth, checking on my wife when she wasn’t feeling well and helping with dining questions. Thank you also to Garcia for the friendly basketball conversation and laughs! Working in customer service myself, I appreciate people who take initiative and follow through. Marlene, Raifer, and Yeni did exactly that. They helped make our trip memorable, and we would happily return. Five stars from us!"
