Clean room! Swim up club bar William was amazing!!!

The property is beautiful, however, the elite club room That I booked and paid for could have been better. I should have had an ocean view with double beds and did not. We were missing our bottle of champagne and thermal cups in our room for my husband and I. Even after inquiring through the front desk I was told I had a partial view but could not see the ocean past the trees. The sofa was filthy. The sheet were dingy and terrible and our robes were so wrinkled we felt uncomfortable wearing them. I’m going to assume it was a one off. But for as much money as we paid they fell short. But the staff was very friendly and the club amenities around the property were great. Just wish I had a better room situation.

The property is beautiful and we were happy for most of our stay. My one big warning: the travel club tour. It’s pitched the first day as a 90-minute breakfast and property tour at the neighboring hotel. Instead, it became a 3-hour hard sell for a package: $25,000, plus $699, plus $1,140 over 6 months, then $304 plus 3% over 60 months. It’s uncomfortable having a stranger (ours was named Nalleis) sit at your table day one. They offer $100 for your time, but it’s very pushy, and they treat you poorly if you say no. One morning we couldn’t even enjoy breakfast because they were working in the restaurant selling to other families. It may suit retired frequent travelers, but if you travel 1–3 times a year, skip it.Some waiters also expected a tip for everything , even bringing a spoon. Skip the tip and some wouldn’t bring a drink or return a “good morning.” That said, huge thanks to Raldy, Willman, and Yisela for excellent service. They made our stay better. Tips: the dolphins excursion is great. The supreme tour is okay, but skip the market stop — it feels mocking, and even locals questioned the point of it.

It was great. My 3 visit to the resort.
