Welcome to "The Beachside Four," a freshly renovated complex featuring four individual apartment units. Unit 4 is a 2-bedroom on the second floor, with one Queen bed & two Twin beds. The front deck provides the ideal setting for sipping your morning coffee, listening to the waves, and soaking up the sun. A brief 30-second walk across the street leads you to the sandy path of Lake Michigan's Sheridan Beach.

This unit offers its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining space, half bathroom, washer & dryer, and one reserved parking spot.

Nearby attractions within walking distance include Washington Park Zoo, Washington Park, the Michigan City Lighthouse, Dune Billie's Cafe, Cool Runnings Jamaican Bar, and Splash Pad, among others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was the best part. The place was cutely decorated and must have been renovated in the past couple years . This fit our family of 4 no problem. Beachwalk Rentals is a well-run machine and very organized. My only wish would be for this place to have access to the pool in the Beachwalk Resort but as of now that’s not allowed. You have to be staying on the main property. Maybe they could sell day passes for slower times in the year.

First thing we saw upon walking in was a dead crushed bug on the floor. Each of the 3 beds had stains and hair all over the comforters. The couch had multiple stains. Worst of all, there was dried vomit behind the toilet. Someone had been in the property prior to our check in, as there were folded towels and extra blankets laid out. Property management was somewhat responsive and agreed to let us cancel our reservation after a 30 minute phone call and us sending video proof of the apartment's condition.
