A member of staff woke me up in the night as they smelt cannabis further down the hall which seemed unnecessary. I have never smoked in my life. Then at 11 o'clock (check out time) they called at dead on 11 to say it was check out, again not necessary. Then at 11:15 a member of staff came to knock on the door to again tell me it was check out!! Pizza, chips and a coke brought to my room cost £32.40 some how!? Also the lines in the bar need changing; the pint I bought was completely un-drinkable.

Very centrally located for exploring Manchester. Clean and spacious room. Staff at the front desk very helpful

There were three positives of Novotel - the powerful shower head, iron & ironing board, and the size of the room. The downsides considering the room doesn't come cheap and the hotel brand name - no standard amenities in the bathroom - no hair conditioner, no body lotion, no cotton buds etc. The toilet is separate from the bathroom so super unhygienic. The carpet in the room is dirty, with stains throughout and there are no room slippers, so talk about uncleanliness and dirty feet. Also the drain in the bath is super slow or blocked, so your standing in dirty water and have tonrewash your feet from outside of the bath.
