"Excelente servicio y ubicación "

"Hotel was convenient, close to the LAX airport. They have airport shuttle that is the plus. Room was big, clean and comfortable. It has a microwave, the sink in the bedroom beside kitchen sink - we liked it. The breakfast was good, not a lot of choices. The happy hours complimentary drinks were great. The staffs were friendly but the checked in and checked out were a little slow"

"They are really unhelpful the staff. Esp Hera and Taz. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here for £1. Please avoid and go somewhere else. The roads outside are totally filthy. The roads are exceptionally noisy i didnt sleep 1 minute. Pay more go somewhere else. A very unaccommadating to extra requests also"

"I stayed in a low price four person room on the 10th floor. Overall, I think it was great for the price, so a good value. There is AC and a thermostat to control the temp, which helped a lot, even in Feb! I try to be very quiet when other people are sleeping so it was complicated to be on the top bunk. Any time I needed something from my suitcase I needed to unlock the locker, take the suitcase out, put the suitcase on the top bunk, and climb up to do anything. There wasn't enough floor space to put the suitcase on the floor, except maybe in the entry area. My one main complaint would be that the shower water never got hot and the water flow was pretty low."
