Penthouse located on the 10th floor with 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with bunk beds).  Furthermore, there is a beautiful, cosy living room opening onto the spacious roof terrace with unique sea views, a luxurious open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bath, and a separate toilet. There is a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer and finally a spacious, sun-facing terrace with beautiful open views of the hinterland. Very well located, within walking distance of shops and tram stop.  Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Es lohnt sich wirklich, dahin zu fahren. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die einzige Herausforderung ist die Garage, welche ziemlich klein und eng ist.
