It was good if you like lots of Children around you. Very noisy in restaurants and meal portions are small. Front desk staff very confused with English speaking customers at time. No real options for dining nearby

We were disappointed about this hotel. Among the hotels that we’ve stayed all over the world, this hotel is the worst one. Sorry for being direct! The facilities of this hotels lacked of proper maintenance. The services provided by its staff were very poor. For example, the front desk staff told us that “all amenities have to be booked”. Yet, the truth is that we only need to queue up but no need to book. Another incident was that our room was not cleaned up during our stay. After reminding the front desk staff, we waited for an hour for house-keeping. When we chased again, the front desk replied that they forgot which room no. has made the request 😵‍💫.

Very nice.
Nice hotel, every little detail is sports oriented which makes it special. The roomservice was extremely fast and the staff very friendly. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Sporty hotel in quiet area
We had a nice stay, 3 nights. Local area is quiet, obviously good for cycling. Food in hotel enjoyable. Hotel good if you're sporty

Great for sport fans
I’ve stayed here before and it was a good surprise to see that they had renovations done at the reception and the common area. I love sports, so this is definitely my kind of hotel, really lots to do when it comes to that. Breakfast is also good and the coffee is much better than what I got on my way there. Only downside was being there for a business trip, so I didn’t have much time to enjoy.

modern sport design - poor food
we do come from years to this sport resort, it is called HUP since 2018 we like facilities and children have a big choice breakfast isn't improved, average like it was, even fresh orange juice machine is removed now, restaurant and room service very poor, I did try awful burger 100% angus beef... very disappointed with food as in Netherlands many places and hotels serve yummy dishes, we been doing sushi takeaways for delivery etc. but the rest we like a lot, and we gonna be back next month :) because children are happy !!!

good family hotel but food very poor
very nice CLUB XXL rooms even for 6 people no safe in the room but information about provided very poor restaurant, very poor lunch menu, the cheapest bread, no red wine dressing in steak salad but information about provided in the menu, also breakfast is average, old dry dark vegetable supermarket salads, definitely not fresh made, we ended up at sushi restaurant, BUT free entry to sport centre with sauna pool etc. is very good addition, big choice for whole family.

Was at this hotel for 4 day from the 10/08/17. Enjoy the hotel facilities like the pool. Sunna. Gym jacuzzi. Restaurant staff were great. Good food. 20 minutes car drive from Eindhoven centrum to the hotel. Not sure for public transport how long it will take to the hotel from centrum. Hotel room was hot with no air conditioner potable fan in the room was dusty and not working. Report to reception staff on second night told me most room on the second floor have no air conditioner. On arrival at check in wanted to extend my check out time to a late check out staff told me they are fully booked, so I will have to check out my exact check out time. At check in staff charged me for 2 night unaware to me I thought they charged my card for my complete stay which is 3 night, only when checking out staff told me I have to pay for and extra night, I was surprised as I thought they charge me for 3 night on my check in which always be the case at all the hotels I had ever stayed to pay all accommodations bill at my check in except tax. I book this hotel on a website called hotel.com, the charge for my 3 night stay on the website is less compared to what the hotel charge me as was extra more my initial website price.

a budget hotel in a sport complex
The hotel as a sport complex is great. I used to play squash and swim there as a teenager. However, the hotel part is not so good: the mattresses in our room had the coils coming through and they were so used up that you'd roll to dented part in the middle and then got poked by the springs. Secondly, there were guest slamming doors and yelling down the hallways at midnight all the way through 1.15AM. The hotel staff never did anything about our call. Pretty horrible. The bathroom was dated and stained yellow from age. The upside was that the reception staff was very nice.

Late-Night Wake Up
I sprung for a suite so the family would have more room to spread out... we did. Unfortunately, the room shared a wall with the elevator with people loudly getting off all hours of the day and night. Also, the walls and ceiling are paper thin. I was awoke often by loud people in the halls and there is nothing quite like the sound of someone going BM in the room above. The facilities were great in that the de Brug Active portion of the hotel was top notch. That said, the restaurant was terrible; I would only rate it one star. We were far happier and more satisfied at McDonald's the next night which, I assure you, was a step up. I paid for the breakfast as part of a package via Hotels.com also. The breakfast left much to be desired. If you don't purchase it at a discount ahead of time, don't bother paying full price. Staff was pleasant and there was ample parking.

It was a great hotel to stay, they had many facilities and varierty of sports and fun games inclusive to people at the hotel. The room could have been a little wider, however we had 3 beds so took some space, but did not like the toilet as it was not as imagined.

Overnight stay
Hotel rooms and décor are quite old, although in good condition. The better part of the facilities (SPA, gym, bowling, sports center) are very modern and have a nice atmosphere. If you are sensitive to noise be aware of the outdoor sports park next door and also the loud airconditioning unit if you have a room on the 5th floor.

Spent two nights midweek at the hotel. Friendly staff good food nice decor. Large carpark. Never had chance to use leisure centre but looked like every activity available. Easy location. No tea coffee facilities in room.

Sport enthusiasts will love this place.
Very friendly staff. Very good sized room although décor a little tired. We all enjoyed the evening meal in the hotel and a hearty breakfast the following morning. The hotel is located on the outskirts of this small town and the centre is just a sort walk away or hire a bicycle to see the area. However there is plenty to do at the hotel where the sports facilities are fantastic.

I was Extremely disappointed by the quality of my room on 5th floor. Based on the room, This hotel should not be a 4*, a 2* I accept. The Bathroom tubs were dirty, so was the carpet. Found dust around the bed. An old feel to it all. There was no extra blanket. When asked for one, was provided with one that was stained and supposedly white.very slow internet connection. I will not recommand this hotel
