On site you will enjoy the terrace and the private enclosed garden. Close to the owners' house and another cottage (46G11997), children will be delighted to share the swing or trampoline. On the ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and the garden, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m with sink), toilet indpt. Access to the floor by a spiral staircase, landing serving 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m, 2 beds 0,90m), 1 communicating with 1 spacious bathroom with toilet. Central heating with fuel. High chair and cot available. Sheets, linen toilet, electricity, heating not included. Electricity package to be seen with the owner. An animal supplement will be requested upon arrival (10€/ night or 30€ per week). A cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival (100€).
