A small yet chic apartment, good for one person. Communication with the host was easy. Great location, walking distance to the center, and close the metro line that takes you to Linate airport.

He canceled on us 3 hours before check in

Owner never sent us check in instructions and ignored the multiple inquiries I send via message through the app and voicemails. Only after I contacted VRBO customer service, did I get a message back from him and some dubious story about the place flooding. Even if this is true, why did he not send us check in instructions days or even a day in advance, and why did I have to spend my first morning in Milan on the phone with VRBO customer service?? What horrible customer service and what a horrible customer experience as I had to scramble to find a new place to stay from the Milan train station.
