Good staff and good location 👍 Many Thanks for the 2 guys in the reception, and the lady of housekeeping. Message for the owner: Air conditioning comfortable bed are not luxury, it's the minimum for a correct economic stay!

I have been in 3 different rooms of this property within the last year, after concerts at San Siro stadium since it’s at 10 minutes walking distance from M5 stops Isola and Zara. For 2 times the stay was fine, rooms are very basic and bathroom is shared with 2 or 3 rooms but that’s fine since it is expected. But once, bed was broken just sitting on it (not jumping or dropping heavily, just sitting) I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor

Not awesome

Strange place, but that’s okay. Didn’t like the bed, pillows, shower head was dangling, rust-stains in the toilet. Lightning was really weird (fluorescent fixtures on ceiling). Lots of night noises. Overall I’d say it wasn’t worth the price paid.

Well, it is cheap...

It is definitely at the budget end but the beds are comfy and the linens clean in a well proportioned room with a table and chairs in our case. Wiring of the TV is a bit dodgey and paint chipped in places. If staying in summer the room will be hot but a fan is provided (you know up front when book there is no air con). The shared hallway in our flatlet with 3 individual bedrooms off had a microwave, kettle, cups and cutlery. The shared bathroom was clean enough to start (the shower had seen better days and was quite frankly grotty), however, the guest in the third room had thrown up in the sink and shower when we got back from our evening out and not cleaned up which meant the bathroom moved from tolerable to gross. Reception hours (next door) are limited and we encountered one guest after midnight who could not get in as reception had closed at 9pm and was not responding on the phone number.

Nice stay

We had two nights in Milan. It was a 25 min walk to Duomo but transportation was close by and easy to get to Milan central station. Very good for a short stay

The location is perfect. It calls itself "B&B" but does not include breakfast, I think the name should be changed as it is misleading. Just when my partner and I were checking out, we met some guys who were waiting for more than half an hour to check in. Unprofessional.

Clean and good location, good value

Property is kind of like a university dormitory with a shared kitchen area and then several rooms and a shared bathroom along a corridor. I had an en-suite which was basic but clean and all I needed. Because of the layout there was quite a lot of noise from other guests who weren't very considerate - playing music, having loud conversations and moving furniture at all hours but this is probably just dependent on who else is there during your stay and not the fault of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful and the property is a good location to get into central easily (walking or via metro) and also to the airport as the train station is only 5 minutes walk.

Good location and our room was very big and clean. The check in and out was very strange though and we never got any reciept of the extra fee for late check in , even though we asked for it. They also dont accept card payments for late check in. The reception was not open in the morning when we were to check out, so there was no where to put the key - and we didnt get any instructions about that when we check in either. Hence, we just left the key in the room.

Muy mala experiencia llegamos no tenían lista la habitación nos hicieron esperar, luego estando ya dentro se metieron tres hombres a cambiar la lámpara y las cortinas con todas sus herramientas q pusieron encima de nuestras cosas, empezaron a taladrar tardar más de una hora con nosotras dentro dejaron todo lleno de polvo y nos dejaron sin cortina y lo q más nos asustó q la cerradura d la habitación no servía. La pasamos muy mal la verdad .

Matériel pas rénové depuis un certain temps,appartement pas chauffé, couverture qui gratte la peau, accueil antipathique, je n'y retourne plus jamais et je déconseille fortement aux gens d'y aller. Ils font honte à l'Italie un si beau pays.... Dommage.

Points négatifs : - Salle de bain commune avec l’eau chaude à moitié présente, pas de savon pour les mains et la lumière qui ne marche pas. - Loin de nos attentes, Hotel dans un pas très bon état, pas pareil que sur les photos et un peu déçu pour le prix. Point positif : - Metro, trottinette à côté de l’hôtel, et moins de 10min à pied de la gare centrale, il est très bien placé. - accueil et personnel fort sympathique, et très aimable.

Bed - springs totally out, not comfortable at all Wifi password doesn't work Traffic noise so bad all through night and day - terrible communication. Only told me on morning of flying that none is there after 9 and if i arrive after 9, to contact them and let them know which i did twice without a reply. On phone before i fly to italy, he told me to cancel my room as i wouldnt getthere before 9 despite messaging them and then got there friend to let me in and wanted late fee in cash which also wasnt said. Tv hanging on wall, didn't dare touch.

Confort simple, et salle de bain partagée, qui n'est pas prévue pour cela. La douche est mal isolée et le sol est constamment plein d'eau et glissant, et les toilettes parfois salies par des occupants indélicats. Le personnel est aimable, sérieux et devoué, mais le processus de check in est mal pensé, si bien que j'ai dû l'effectuer deux fois avec deux interlocuteurs différents, et que j'ai dû ensuite voyager sans être certaine de trouver quelqu'un pour m'accueilir le soir après 21 heures, heure de la fermeture de la réception. Il est regrettable qu'une telle inquiétude s'accompagne d'un surcout (10 ou 20 euros selon l'heure) en cas d'arrivee tardive. Je suis toute prête à payer pour la sérénité, beaucoup moins à m'inquiéter pour payer ensuite.
