Hotel was quite good. Bed very comfy and bathroom very modern, which I really like. Good restaurant especially breakfast, which was amazing. Staff was very nice and price was good. They have good wine selection too, which we took to the room. I will definitely stay here again if i am in Milan.

This hotel was very clean, modern, comfortable and by appearances seemed to be brand new. The staff was friendly, extremely kind and accommodating. While travelling through Italy I had a very small handful of negative experiences with car rental and hotels that were advertised different than what they offered. This hotel was a cut above all of the rest and left a wonderful impression.

USEFUL TIP: get the front desk staff to connect your device(s) to the WiFi *when you check in*! Although price included “free WiFi” the connection process didn’t work from the room. When I called the front desk the staff told me “Just keep trying and trying. If you can’t ever get it to work bring your phone down to the desk and I can connect you”. Possibly if you are a Marriott member it would work better. Negative #2: While this hotel has “Milano Linate” in the name, in fact it was an 18€ taxi ride away from the airport, and does not offer an airport shuttle. Positives: the staff were nice and the room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good.

Samir and Angelo we’re both very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. All of the staff were nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant, however. The food was not very good and the service was not good either. Thankfully someone from the front desk listened to my complaint, and comped my meal, which was very nice. All in all, I had a good experience at this hotel, and would recommend it to others.
