Property location was fantastic quick walk to Metro and most historic buildings. Lots of shopping , restaurants. Building very quiet. Property was clean and as stated.

Great location

Great location, communication before hand wasn’t great and had to wait at the property for access. Maybe get in contact before you stay. Room was great, really big, lovely bathroom, could maybe have done with some more bedding!

Thebroom was fantastic. Comfortable and roomy and 1 block from centrale, where you want to be. The only issue which is not important because it was only for sleep, but the room has no windows. Still totallyvworth it. Comfort and close. Make sure you have a contact number. It can be hard to find the first time.

If location is your first priority and just looking for a place to sleep, this place might works great for you. It is close to metro station entrance to M1 and M3. Walking distance to Duomo. However, if you are looking for comfort and tidiness of a hotel to stay while exploring the city, this might not be the best option. This unit is at the attic level which doesn’t have elevator directly to the floor. Will need to carry luggage up to the stairs. Although it has kitchen, it is very minimal, the kitchen ware are not well maintained. Shower’s floor and curtain is moldy.

We stayed for two days. Great location only 5 mins from Duomo. The place was a.all and too rustic without cleaning everyday. The "second bed" was a foldout couch which was terrible to sleep on. Also, the place seemed dogdy as there was no reception or sign of the hotel.

The only benefit is location

The attic is in a good location, but that’s about it. The property is poorly maintained and the décor is below standard. Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing more. At the end of my stay, I informed the owner that I was about to check out. I sent a message asking if I could leave my bags somewhere, but received no reply. I also tried calling, but he didn’t bother to answer. Thankfully, it was just a one-night stopover.

Wifi needs to be upgraded...it was very weak.There was a taxi strike. We had to wait taxi line more than an hour. We had to change the plan.. Took a M3 metro. little late. We ended up paying extra 50 Euro. I never paid extra charge for late checking. I complained Expedia help center. No response.. Very dispointed hotel as well Expedia..

Unfortunately I'll never return again to this property. Bad in comfort, bad in cleaning, bad communication from the apartment manager. Only plus is the location, but otherwise NOT recommended. I also feel that I was cheated by the apartment owner as he took extra 127 euros from me in name of cleaning charge, late checkin and city taxes.. The height of the roof is so bad that we banged our head numerous times. Shower area was leaky. Floors were very cold. A/c made lot of white noise. The apartment manager didn't even come for checkout key collection. We had to leave the apartment open with keys left inside. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Kitchen didn't had enough plates, spoon or glasses. HIGH charges and BAD service

Eh. The only good thing about this was the location- it was near the duomo. Communication lacked with host- we were told 12:30pm check out and then the day before was told 12:00pm and then the day of, a random man knocked on the door and said 11am check out. When I texted the host about it, he read it but didn’t answer. We then told the man the name of the person who told us check out at 12pm and he said that was his brother. He then told us to store our luggage, it was $10 per bag. We mentioned that no where on the Expedia page did it say we would be charged. He then said ok it’ll be free for the first hour. There was also no shampoo, just body/hand soap, and AC split unit but in living room and one bedroom, not the other bed room. There was only a fan that you could plug in at the head of the bed. Overall just an ok stay.
