Great location and solid value

Great location next to the train station (and also metro station), friendly staff and clean rooms. Many good restaurants, cafes, and grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. Nothing extraordinary but a solid value and would use again.

Friendly Staff

We stayed for five nights. It was very easy to check in and out. Marco and Frederico at the front were so kind and helpful our entire stay. We had a small problem figuring out the A/C at first, but then it worked just fine! If i ever come back to Milan, I will be staying here again. All the staff were so sweet!!

The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station. There are a few good restaurants close by. We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after. I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive
