I found that for the price the quality of this hotel is exceptional. Not only is it well situated, close to the Duomo , Brera, etc, but the hotel itself is renovated with a restaurant and indoor garage. I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay with comfortable beds. Within walking distance to Piazza del Duomo. One thing, we got laundry service and didn’t know their was a fee. One little bag of laundry was 149,00 (Euros). Blew us away. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The light in the bathroom was broken, the room decor was old and outdated, the air con didn’t work properly and was too noisy. Awful. We cut the stay short.

Overall it was great. Nice room, quiet. I was cold and there was no way to adjust the AC. We asked for help and the front desk said they would send someone up in 5 min. No one ever came.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We walked easily to the sites. the only issue was there wasn't a shower in the room. We had 2 rooms and neither had one. They had a handheld but no glass to keep the spray out. I really missed that BUT other than that I recommend.

Their rooms were big and the bathroom as well. Breakfast wasn't that great. MY one big complaint is that their AC not functioning well. We informed the front desk and a guy came to check but nothing has been done to fix it. it was hot the whole 4 nights we were there.

Staff very friendly but Air Conditioning didn’t put out as much cool air as a hair dryer on cool settings. They sent someone up to check and he said that was about the best we’d get. (I should’ve tried the hair dryer to get air moving but didn’t think of it then) We we’re glad we were only staying two nights.

OK but not Great

I was expecting more of an updated room, but it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. The bathroom was old and the bathroom door wouldn’t close the whole way. The shower was in a really inconvenient location so it would spray water on the floor. Location wise, it was great - only 10 minutes from the duomo and city center. The staff weren’t very friendly, they never said hello to us when we entered the hotel. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Non functional air conditioning, no fans available, when advised again on second day was told Mgr was aware-however on check out Mgr Stefano was oblivious. Broken door hinges and when fixed, nail left on floor-no personal attention on making sure area left clean- people’s shopping tags left on washroom heater as well as medication left on floor, I would not rate 4 star besides proximity to Duomo.

Viajando a los 80años: Lleve a Mi Madre de 80años a Milan y la experiencia fue maravillosa gracias a este hospedaje! El Hotel muy agradable! Recomiendo reservar con desayuno, el desayuno MARAVILLOSO! El Cappuccino el mejor del barrio! Buen surtido en el desayuno, fruta, cereales, pastekes, huevito etc, Accesible comunicarse con todos para desayunar, Martha nos atendió increible, el hotel super bien ubicado, Estación de tranvia a unos pasos, un super mercado a media cuadra, farmacia, el metro a menos de una cuadra, dos restaurantes nocturnos de frente y abajo y uno de comida rapida a un lado del teatro, barrio tranquilo por la noche y transitable por la mañana, nos dieron una habitación en 1er piso muy cómoda . MALO: El humo de las personas que fumaban fuera del restaurante llegaba a la habitación ( y eso que habia doble ventana) Y la regadera no es apta para adultos mayores, personas de talla grande o silla de ruedas, me golpeaba los codos al bañar y mido 1.60metros es MUY ANGOSTA LA REGADERA .. pero hay que tomar en cuenta que Italia es pequeño pero esta regadera moderna fue muy incomoda … reservar antes del viaje es mejor porque pagamos una noche extra y nos cobraron al mas alto precio.

It’s ok for short stay.

We had family room who was spacious n renovated, not the older style. I like the lobby and the location. Clean room but you can see the bathroom needs better maintenance. If your room is on the main street , you will hear sirens throughout the night.
