Family visit

Hotel is perfect location for visiting family, staff at the hotel are excellent. If you are looking to go in to the centre if Milan the metro will take you there in about 10 minutes

Clean, comfortable rooms. Airconditioning can be a bit more powerful. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety (hot and cold). It's a bit of walk from the closest Metro, but overall it was okay.

Acccesibile by metro bus and train. Hotel is near supermarket,pharmacy,post office etc. Our 2 nights stay was pleasant. I suggest being more precise with the cleaning , wooden boards lining the room is dirty as well as the tiles of the shower.lamps and side tables were dusty

Very hot and humid in the room and no way to adjust the temperature. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors next door. Staff is friendly and hotel is generally clean. Good selection at breakfast.

We had a few nights stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, Umesha was so helpful and made our stay further pleasant. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of items. The rooms were cleaned daily and even in the heatwave the air con kept the room nice and cool. The area is quiet and safe. It’s working walking distance to the metro that links to main city and I was able to get to places quickly and safely. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is not far from Milano Cathedral..few walks away from metro Station. The room is quite clean but the Restaurant near Lobby is not always operating to serve food for their clients. the breakfast Lobby has enough to serve. The Staffs are friendly and there are some restaurants around the corner. But generally i can still recommend this hotel for some tourist who are searching for affordable reachable type of hotel to sleep .

I coudnt get boiling water from any member of staff so i didnt drink my evening tea, thats really wird that in 4 star hotel you dont have acces to boiling water, not a happy customer, overall all good, hotel is really clean and well meitened.

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.
