"When I was checked in, the staff showed me the most respectful attitude. I already felt very comfortable. The room is clean and I have 2 bottles water, coke and orange juices for free! The breakfast was fabulous! (That's why I chose this hotel). This hotel is closed to the central station, and surround by many restaurants. Good location!!! I highly recommend for you!"

"Excellent location with 5 minutes walk to Milan Central Station and 20 minutes bus ride from the airport. Buffet breakfast had sufficient vegetarian options. We were allowed to store our luggage and freshen up in the gym washroom as we arrived before check in. Double beds were king size and we could have booked a double instead of a triple. Room was spacious even with 2 bed.Room had a balcony which is a luxury these days. Provided with all the amenities needed. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. A lovely experience"
