Fantastic location, great room, amazing communication! I highly recommend this property if you are going to Milan. The host was so quick to respond, great communication and easy to access. The size was perfect for 3 of us. Great amenities in room. Paid Parking was right next door. Walking distance to the galleries and Duomo.

Very clean apartment! Loved that they had laundry in the suite! Its about a 22min walk to Duomo. Close by was some shopping, stores, restaurants and a Pam local. It was easy to navigate and we had someone meet us with the keys right at the apartment. It was spacious and had a little balcony.

Great stay! Communication with Milan royal & luxury Stay was super fast and especially helpful when it came to storing our luggage. The location couldn’t be better—everything was within easy reach. The apartment was very clean it looks like new . It is on a good location to walk around. It is near doumo. The only bad thing is the noise from the street and from the other apartment next to it . The room where I stay was not soundproof . You can hear everything .

Great room and punctual service. Carlo worked with me and showed up promptly even though we arrived a full hour early. We reached out and he was very flexible. The space was great and I had good support using WhatsApp when I had a questions about the accommodations.

The apartment was good but very small for 3 , the room , bathroom was very clean, for a couple of days was ok, and if you have not too much luggage, the person in charge was very friendly and although we have a little issue at beginning , it was solved fast.

This property is horrible. Complicated check in. No one on side for help. We suppose to have someone coming to clean the room but no one came. I asked for only change towels, it's take 4 hours to bring towels. Beware it's very bad services. Not friendly staff.

It's important to mention that this isn't a hotel per se; they're more like apartments or studios. There's no reception or lobby. All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good.

Host was very helpful. AC cool, provided us with espresso coffee and tea and water for each guest. They even give us toothbrushes and toothpaste. If you come from the Cadorna train station, it will take 10mins walk. If you come from the central station, you can take the metro to the apartment and only 2mins walk from it, which is better if you have lots of luggage to drag.

I liked the size of the flat, the level of comfort of the beds. The location was also quite good. The shower was amazing. The check in process was a bit challenging. We were sent to the wrong address and with kids and lots of luggage and stress getting hold of the property manager. Also, the kitchen could use some more pots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.
