You can find better

Dusty floor extremely dirty bathroom clean ac no working no refund it was around 40 degrees in the room extremely hot. Did offer a new room but it was still extremely dusty and bed sheets were dirty had blood or dark brown stains on them.

Obschon ich für zwei nächte a 4 personen das Frühstück buchte, ( Total über 100€) Wurde gar keins angeboten. Auch die Kosten wollten sie nicht zurückbezahlen. Sie wollten mir einen Gutschein für 20% auf der nächsten Übernachtung anbieten. ( Übernachtung darf nicht über 120 € sein) 😄 Hände weg von der Hotelkette NUMA

Checkin process was daunting, a time consuming. I do not understand their requirement for all accounts personal data. Other than that, the room as ok but our view from the window was obstructed by construction scaffolding.

The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long

Great location. Nice Apartment. We had dozens of mosquitos in our apartment and got bitten several times. They kept me up the entire night by buzzing by my head.

Great communication with the property. Relatively spacious, amazing location, about 3 min walk to the Duomo. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired, but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Too expensive for what it is….

Extremely noisy location (not for people to expect to go to bed before 10:30-11pm) Definitely needs renovation also deep cleaning session Mold in the shower and corners. Needs to be taken care of Yes location is great but since windows are not sound proof, it was really traumatizing for the kids at night as they couldn’t sleep and listening to music non stop so loud. Also curtains were in bad shape. Having said all that, communication with staff was easy and there were no issues with internet nor equipment available.
