It's hard to understand that it's a guest house. I thought it was a hotel. I thought it was difficult for overseas beginners to understand the explanation that the key was in the key box after authentication by phone.

Awful staff attitude

The room condition is as expected as it looked the same as picture. But the staff attitude is terrible and unfriendly. Despite the good location, I will not choose this property again given the very awful experience with the staff.

By chat to a woman named Lele, you were supposed to have canceled San Lorenzo and instead canceled my new reservation at Garibaldi Palace that I'd just made because no one was there to let me in at San Lorenzo. After a long walk dragging my suitcase, there was only a canceled reservation at Garibaldi. Terrible

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

J'ai énormément eu du mal à avoir le bon lien pour régler la taxe de séjour avant mon arrivée. Pas d'eau chaude le matin. Aucun insonorisation on entend même le bruit du train et tout ça pour 170€! Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.
