"The staff was very competent and helpful and generous. We are at the hotel restaurant two evenings. The food was good, pricy but not exorbitant. Coffee machine NesPresso was yummy. Beach was right there "

"I thought this was a nice resort with friendly staff. Only two things let it down in my opinion. The seating in the foyer area is riddled with fleas which I guess are living on the numerous cats which are in this property. It's impossible to count them all. Thankfully the cats are restricted to the ground floor so the bedrooms are fine. The second point was that the internet was unreliable to say the least. I often couldn't get any connection. I know the hotel was aware of this, & are taking steps towards fixing this. "

"No sea view as on high street, staff were brilliant as always, one thing which hotel cannot control cafe in corner has music going till 1am so not great if you want peace and quiet. We always stay here when visiting guilluk. Mehmet and Nurdan very hospitable. Breakfast is turkish breakfast not english uf you want that is extra."

"Property good. Pool lovely. A couple of issues were rectified within an hour by Paula. Ian provided lots of information regarding the property and area which was mostly up to date and very useful.My only niggle was the beds were not very comfortable. "
