"Amazing resort with lots of great facilities of pool, SPA and water slides. Food was available nearly ever hour of the day as breakfast, lunch and dinner were for long hours with snacks in between. The only thing I wish they could have done better is to have more English speaking staff as it’s difficult to communicate. Also, better quality of bedding as there were no duvets just scratchy sheets."

"I dont usually do negative reviews, but this hotels service was very poor. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice views, very relaxing and calm. HOWEVER! The hotel staff were cowboys. Did not know what is going on. All in their own world. We drive all the way from the UK and had our first stop at this hotel to rest. Our room aircon was making a very strange but loud noise every 10 seconds! (I have a video for evidence). We complained 4 times… 1 to Guest Relations via whatsapp, 3 times in person....

"Hotel Review Great hotel, especially for a young adult clientele! The food was freshly prepared and offered a decent variety, with something for everyone. The rooms were modern, clean, and well maintained, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. The entertainment may not be to everyone’s taste, so I’d recommend planning a couple of evenings out to explore the area and enjoy some different options. There were also plenty of sunbeds available around the hotel, so there’s no need to rush out early to secure one. Overall, a great place for a fun and relaxing stay!"
