"Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude. Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with. The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely...
