This fully furnished two-story house, known as "Triple Play Hideaway", has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is conveniently located about 2 minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 17 minutes away from All Star Village. Close to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and local attractions.

This custom built home features 3 comfortable seating areas, including a family room with widescreen Cable TV and pullout sleeper, a second family room with widescreen Cable TV and a formal living room/seating area.
There is a spacious back deck off the kitchen which features additional seating and a gas grill. The large yard is perfect for practicing ball before the games!
There are 4 bedrooms each equipped with cable tv. Wifi included.
2 bedrooms have a queen bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.
Sleeps 8-10 people.

Deeply disinfected between each rental booking by a third party cleaning service.

This house is the perfect choice for families traveling for the Cooperstown Dreams Park and Cooperstown All Star Village baseball tournaments.

CDP stay
Great house! Perfect location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Within minutes you can be at DP, restaurants and Cooperstown. The house was clean with multiple living rooms. We had two families in the house since our boys were on the same baseball team and the house layout allowed us to hang out together but also have separate spaces. Everyone loved looking at all the baseball memorabilia throughout the house too. Thank you!!

We had the BEST time in Cooperstown, and the accommodations could not have been better! The kids had room to run and their own bedrooms, and I was able to cook and do laundry! Rick was awesome! He met us to get the keys and he was incredibly helpful!

Rick was very easy to work with. House was perfect for our 3 families and the proximity to the park was fantastic and easy to pop back and forth between games. We loved the memorabilia on display. Highly recommend to our friends going next year.

Amazing Property!
