Enjoy sitting on the large 708 sq ft deck off the back of the home overlooking the backyard. The lower level offers a comfortable area to lounge around the fireplace and watch your favorite shows or movies.

Conveniently located within 2 miles of The Arnolds Park Green Space and Amusement Park! Milford provides a plethora of local charm including Oak Hill Outdoor, West O Brewery, The Taco House, among many others. Grab your groceries and supplies at the local Sunshine Foods on your way into town and you will be ready for a fun filled weekend! Great Setup
This was a great property with finished garage that was our main gathering area. We were in town for pheasant hunting with a large group. The property manager provided great communication. There is no parking on the street so parking can be challenging with a large group.

Okoboji Bachelor Trip
We had a wonderful experience and will recommend it to anyone going up to the area. It's close enough to everything, but far enough away from all of the riff-raff that makes it a perfect place to stay. It has a huge side lot for anything you want or need, and overall the property. Thank you for letting us have a great time!

The house was great for our large group of 11 people (adults and children). There was plenty of room to spread out with having 2 levels. Pictures online are accurate. Upstairs: 2 beds- 1 king, 1 queen. 1 full bath with tub/shower. Kitchen with large table, seating for 6. Open living room. Downstairs- 2 beds- 1 queen, 1 bunk beds with trundles. 1 bathroom with large walk in shower and washer/drye We enjoyed the garage and were able to spend some time in there playing games. Kitchen was stocked with all dishes/utensils needed for your staff. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sized and stocked with the essentials. Washer/dryer in the house. Large yard and outdoor deck and patio for hanging out. Property manager responded quickly to our questions. We had 2 boats with us and there was plenty of room to park both boats and vehicles. Overall, great house. Will rent again!

Very nice house & amenities!
The atmosphere was very peaceful. There was plenty of entertainment & games at the house, which was nice with kids being in tow. Wished we would have been able to utilize the fire pit, but it rained.
