We had stayed here before and were disappointed earlier this year, when we were informed that the hotel was permanently closed. We were therefore delighted when we received an email from Richardson Hotels, offering accommodation there again. We booked a week in early July and weren't disappointed. Yes, the fabric of the hotel needs some attention but our room was clean and comfortable and benefitted from a bay window with a sea view. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very hard-working always with a smile on their faces. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

"The tree inn is a beautiful 13th century house in a lovely part of bude . Very clean inside and out. The host Simon is a friendly guy who will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. Would definitely recommend. 10/10"
