9/10 Wonderful! (2,665 reviews)
Here's a shorter version:
> The hotel was very clean, but I was disappointed with my stay. There was a loud noise in our room from the time we checked in, which made it difficult to sleep. Customer service sent someone to check it, and he said it was because the heat was set too high. He asked us to lower it and promised to bring a blanket, but the blanket never arrived.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (7,078 reviews)
This hotel serves its purpose if you’re just using it to sleep. However, it does not have a heater which I imagine is an issue when colder months come. Also no smart tv. No coffee in the room either. But the staff was very nice and helpful and late check out was a plus. Location is also great

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,008 reviews)
"The staff were excellent. Friendly and responsive. The only complaint were had were related to the heat controller and electronics. Specifically, the wall mounted thermostat, which replaced the actual controller on unit, did not work. No heat only cool air pumped into the room at night. On day two ..."

8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
"Stay away from the Double Tree Milford. Overcharged for a room not fit for occupancy. Expedia did not satisfy my concerns with this booking. I expect a better resolution than the one I received."
