"We decided to visit the area as a last minute trip and were so glad we did. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on the deck and looking out over the wildlife refuge, listening and watching all the birds. We played pool in the evenings, and took the kayaks out into the marsh. We even saw a beaver. It is not far from Sandbridge and Virginia Beach activities. There was plenty of space to walk our dog, too. Very peaceful. "

"This house was beautiful for a family reunion! tons of space, very comfortable for a large group. Absolutely gorgeous view, and a super short walk to the beach. All in all fantastic weekend!!Managers were super responsive to one or two maintenance issues (nothing major) when we arrived. Really appreciated the local recommendations and lovely house!"

"A girls trip for 10 ladies! Plenty of room for everyone, lots of places for conversation, the pool was great, enjoyed kayaking, a really fun-filled time! "

"This home was exactly how described. The two beds made it really nice for my two children. There was also enough room for our dog crate! You can't beat this for the price. The beach is a short walk away. It is located in a cute little neighborhood. We loved walked our dog through the neighborhood. There were two pools, a fitness room, and some courts. There was a kayak included and we rented a few more from the local Ocean Rentals. We walked the kayaks right down the street in the neighborhood and launched them from right there! It was so cool to see the area from the bay side! The only thing we forgot were hand towels and washcloths so remember those and towels. The owner, Gerardo was super nice. We noticed a leak that wasn't urgent, and he was there in ten minutes. We saw him a few more times throughout the stay, and he was always making sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely rent from him again! "

"Beautiful location. The pool is a 2 min walk and was clean easy to access. The DVD player is broken but the roku box worked. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Beach access is very close and you can either walk or drive. All day parking at the beach was very inexpensive compared to most places. "on-site" hostess was helpful, kind, and easy to get a hold of with questions. "
