"The hotel is located in the city centre - the new town which is very convenient to walk anywhere. The staff are nice there especially the front desk staff Toni- I want to thank him for all the help and service. I arrived late for a check in while the hotel was pretty full with rooms and I booked the twin bed by mistake which I ask for a double as I was by myself I didn’t need two beds and he did his best to find me a room with a double bed. Always smiling and great jokes. Love the hotel and will come back to stay when I visit zug again."

"The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "
