"We stayed at this beautiful houseboat with a group of eight, and it was everything we hoped for and more.The location at Willis Point is stunning, and what made it truly special was Johan — he made himself available to ferry us across to Brentwood Bay by boat, which we used more than once. When guests came to visit, they met us at the dock and were ferried over rather than having to drive around. That kind of hospitality is rare and it made the whole trip feel effortless.We had kayaks and paddleboards at our disposal, and the wildlife was unreal — two eagles flew past every morning, a family of seals made regular appearances, a heron would drop in and settle in the trees, and jellyfish drifted by constantly. The boys even had a memorable encounter with a sea lion on the other side of the bay. Memorable might be an understatement.Judy and Johan went out of their way to accommodate us at every turn — including arranging extra parking when we needed it. The houseboat is beautiful, the hosts are warm and generous, and the experience is one we’ll be talking about for a long time. It was a once in a lifetime experience for each of us.Highly recommend. We’ll be back."

"The check-in instructions were sent to us by text, and we were able to get into the property smoothly. The room was clean and lovely, and we had a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The friendly owners and adorable dog made our stay extra special and relaxing. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. There was also a helpful list of shops and restaurants in Mill Bay. We tried a fish and chips restaurant from the list, and the food was delicious! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this place!"

"We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spotless, very well located, and everything was exactly as described. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything very smooth from the beginning.One thing we especially want to highlight is the bed — it was incredibly comfortable! We slept and rested so well, which made a big difference after a long day exploring Victoria. The shower was also fantastic, with great water pressure and temperature.Overall, everything was very well taken care of and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!"
