This home has been totally renovated, main floor has full kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, self clean stove, coffee maker and a dining room table with height to enjoy the ocean view out the kitchen window, 3 chesterfields, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry facilities. Air conditioning/heat. Large windows open to enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the sound of the waves at shore. There is a large deck with an upper deck to enjoy a full view of the ocean. BBQ, patio furniture and a setting to relax, enjoy and have fun!! The lower floor has an additional one bedroom set up with complete separate kitchen, dining, living room and full 4 pc bathroom. Great to leave wide open for the whole house use or to allow some privacy within your own guests. It also has it's own entrance and parking spot. Prices quoted are for the rental of the complete house.
