"Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay. "

"Lovely to have a bath and a shower in the room. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast staff including the Spanish chef who went out of her way to get me vegan croissants and the lady who checked us in for breakfast who was very friendly and kind."
