The Lodge is conveniently located for great coastal walks, as well as a wide range of water sports on the private 200-acre freshwater lake! For any birdwatchers, you will find nearby the fantastic wildlife and nature reserve. Close by you will find a great selection of shops in nearby Millom. This is also an excellent location for exploring the West Lakes including Wast Water. This is also a great starting location for exploring nearby Fells, including Scafell Pike. The charming South Lakeland Town of Broughton-in-Furness is approx. 7.5 miles away, and beyond via the A593 you can take a scenic journey up to Coniston Water.
Outside you will find parking for at least two cars, with additional parking available across the site. This is an ideal lodge for a wide range of holidaymakers, that are looking for plenty of activities to do, and great places to explore.
