"Great staff room was top notch. A couple of niggles and 1 negative. TV and kettle didn’t work in the room ( no drama it was sorted) but breakfast was very moderate "

"Food was lovely and staff are great but the hotel, pool and spa are tired and have seen better days. The bedroom door didn’t lock when leaving, the bedroom furniture and throws are worn. Everywhere was freezing until we asked for the air con to be turned down. The music in the bar was way too loud and very depressing and again it was freezing. The lockers in pool changing room didn’t lock/close and the spa area needs maintenance. A bit disappointing after what we paid!"
