escroquerie

difficile d'evaluer un appartement qui n'existe pas, nous avons eté victime d'une grosse arnaque sur le net, une fois en croatie nous n'avons jamais trouvé le bien loué, signalé à hotel.com ces derniers n'ont rien fait pour nous reloger, nous sommes toujours en attente du remboursement, ils repoussent de 72h a chaque fois avec des excuses non louables....l'annonce apparaît toujours malgré notre signalement à plusieurs reprises à croire qu'ils sont complices de cette grosse escroquerie....un conseil FUYEZ HOTEL.COM, site non serieux qui n'assume pas sa responsabilité face aux faits , service client zero...............
