Great resort with variety of pools and seaside area. Excellent facilities for kids. The food could have been better but unlimited ice cream and drinks made up for it.

The resort is nice with lots of sun loungers. A few downsides though - our room had a constant smell of sewage. Also, they emptied the septic tanks next to the pool in the middle of a busy day with lots of people swimming, and the smell was horrible. I appreciate these things need to be done, but maybe not in the middle of the day while people are trying to relax in the facilities they’ve paid for. All the staff however were lovely :)

Great location, beautiful views and mostly well looked after facilities. Gym could use a refresh in certain areas and some of the beach umbrellas were broken. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. Sadly a few things let the property down, the food selection is not that of a 4* hotel, whilst the food was good the selection was very minimal and at times odd, clearly mass produced, with little to no vegetarian options. Additionally, I was surprised to see that we had to pay €15 per beach towel, yet only allowed to change it twice per week. We also had to pay for the safe which is surprising. It would also be nice to have a quiet or adults pool (there are three pools on site, with one clearly marked as a family pool). Overall, I would say that this is a good 3* hotel but not 4* in the facilities and probably not worth the money we spent.

Nice place with poor reception staff

The Brac island was beautiful and the hotels location is awesome. The hotel, our room and the premises were all very nice and we enjoyed the all-inclusive nature of it but a really big trouble was with the reception staff - pretty much everyone was always on their phones and didn't even look up let alone say hello when guests came and went except if they were spoken to. They didn't offer any other information about the hotel, restaurant, bars or for example vehicle rentals, than was absolutely required them to offer. We really had to pry any infromation out of them and when we for example asked about trips to the blue cove or a car rental they didn't offer any assistance in getting what we needed but instead directed us to a nearby kiosk that wasn't even open at the time. The food at the restaurant ranged from decent to good but almost always the typical meal times were so crowded that there was no way to have a nice peaceful meal. However the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and up to their tasks. There were lots of rules regarding the use of pools (no jumping etc.) but no one kept any eye on how people behaved there and so they were needlesly stressfull. But still overall our visit there still was quite pleasant but it would have been a much nicer if the reception staff was up to the standards of the rest of the place and there were somekind of management of the pool etiquette.

Great resort in Milna

This was a very last minute reservation and it was great! We got a vineyard cottage with a swimming pool. We were exhausted and the on sight food was really convenient. This would have also been a great family get away.

We loved the infinity pool and the fact there were multiple pools to go in throughout the day. Limited decent loungers. Amazing to have free ice cream throughout the day, this was one of our highlights! Beautiful sunsets/views. Friendly staff, good English. Great range of food, always hot.

The pools were dirty, especially the indoor pool. We had to leave a day early. We alerted the staff to this when we checked in. They said it wasn't a problem and had us fill out a form. When we we checked out, they said they were going to charge us for the day we weren't staying.

Fantastic blue sea, very welcoming stuffs, room is very clean and new. Activities, like some night shows , archery, stretching and aerobics, those Animations workers are full of fun ! No time to get bored.

The resort is beautiful but there is no lifeguard neither on the pools neither on the beach and a lot of guys (not hosts of Gava) come to the beach and play on the waterpark and takes kayaks. The food is poor and also English people had found challenging making up a complete dish, for us (Italian) is a boring buffet and poor in quality. Animation is in the average, nothing special. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, just a little of adjustment for beds and change of the towels. Indeed beach towel were on payment (15€ each). Poor connection to the city of Milnà. No staff to bring your suitcase in the room. The see is beautiful and the building is immerse into the nature. But there is a lot to improve! Management should be more professional and present.

Resort de qualité ; peu mieux faire en cuisine.

Tres bien dans l'ensemble. Personnel tres gentil et à l'ecoute. Seul bémol pour les français qui aiment la bonne cuisine, la cuisine proposée a été quasiment la même sur les 3 jours. Les desserts manquent de variétés : beaucoup de desserts crémeux à "l'anglo-saxone"... pas de desserts memes simples comme des tartes, des flans ou encore de la mousse au chocolat.

Perfekt läge, medioker mat

Riktigt trevligt resort på lite avskild plats ca 3km från Milna. Bra läge med pooler och många solsängar med närhet till fint bad i havet. Två barer med diverse dryck och glass till både vuxna och barn. Helt ok öl/vin/drinkar och läsk. Riktigt god mjukglass Maten var dessvärre ingen höjdare. Varken frukost lunch eller middag. I stort sett noll variation och väldigt tråkiga smaker. Tyvärr är det en bit till närliggande restauranger, men redan dag 2 tog vi taxi in till Milna för att få i oss lite riktig mat.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Betten bequem, das Essen war gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super, dass die Kajaks und Paddleboards kostenlos zu nutzen waren, das Animationsteam hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Super Preis-Leistung. Einzig die Kosten für den Parkplatz waren übertrieben.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bis auf das Essen jeden Tag das gleiche Essen ist schon doof. Man sollte Abwechslung reinbringen. Teller werden diir.noch beim Essen weggezogen!! Zudem sollte man auch genug Sahne da haben um Pina colada machen zu können wenn man diese schon anbietet

Rentouttava lomakeidas

Avulias henkilökunta auttoi mielellään. Saimme vaihdettua kaksi huonettamme parempaan sijaintiin ja tämä paransi ehdottomasti lomaamme. Huoneet olivat siistit ja siivousta sai tarvittaessa. Hotellialue oli rauhallinen. Kohde oli erittäin kaunis. Sijainti oli etäällä, joten koko ajan käytössämme ollut auto takasi tutustumisen muuhun saareen ja ihanat päiväretket. Kovin usein emme saarelta poistuneet, koska lauttamatka Splitiin kesti aikansa. Tämän takia lähdimme viimeiseksi päiväksi Splitiin, jotta varmasti ehdimme aamupäivän lennollemme. Ainoa asia, joka aiheutti tyytymättömyytta mainostettuun viiden tähden hotellin laatuun oli ruoka. Valikoima ja laatu olisivat saaneet olla parempaa. Kokonaisuudessaan unohtumaton matka hienossa ja rauhallisessa ympäristössä.

Gutes Resort mit einigen Problemen

Das Resort selbst ist relativ schön aufgebaut und ist sehr sauber. Die Unterkünfte sind geräumig und sauber. Das Essen hingegen ist eher schlecht und da nur 1 Restaurant vorhanden, wenige Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Location selbst ist ausserhalb, sprich Auto oder lange Spaziergänge müssen in Kauf genommen werden.

Allting med hotellet var utmärkt förutom den delen att den låg ganska avlägset, för att ta sig till närmsta ”samhälle” skulle man ta en taxi som kostade 12€ enkelresa. 50€ enkelresa till närmsta staden Supetar. I övrigt om om man har hyrbil eller liknande väldigt trevligt ställe att spendera sin semester på!
