Overall it was a pleasant stay for our family with 2 kids (age 6 and 10). Food was good, nothing special but definitely not bad. Room (double room with bed sofa) was clean, although not quite as modern as the photos on website and Hotels.com. We stayed in house ”Olea”, close to everything including the beach.

Nice for short stay with small kids
Several different pools spread across the resort making it nice to discover for the kids. Beautiful surroundings. Only 2 restaurant options nearby if you do not opt for all inclusive, making it a bit boring. Rooms are not in great shape anymore, but do their job and are quite spacious and AC works well. Overall good experience.
Hotel was very nice, clean and weather splendid in May.
We booked a room from this hotel but were accommodated in Kaktus hotel. No one introduced to us why was this.
The resort was an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the town to explore.
Hotel was always clean and well maintained, with staff always friendly and helpful at all times.
Food choices were varied, with plenty of choice to cater to all. Food quality was always to a very high standard.
The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, could not have wished for more.
Great place for the budget! All guests are so well distributed around the big resort area that it feels very quiet and not crowded. Lots of activities available, that one week isn’t enough. I would have booked at least 10 days here if I would have know. Great location as well: so close to the beach and a lovely walk away to the center. Great Animation crew with lots of fun entertainment and sports for young and older in their plans. Loved the whole experience during the stay.
Amazing stay, staff was very friendly and professional.
Food was great, amenities as well.
Only problem we had was that due to the presence of cats, there were fleas on the deck chairs and out door chairs.
We were all severely bitten.
Two grown ups and one kid 4 yrs old, 5 night stay, without all inclusive.
Location is good, short distance from ferry. Good pools, classic croatian beach 3-5mins walk from our room.
Room is big and good ac, cooking facilities and fridge.
A lot of activities to do inside the area both for adults and kids. ( just check the time slots in the reception)
Negative: expensive parking, kind of tricky to understand finding the reception.
Close to a nice beach where we hired sunbeds each day. Room was fine. Staff were attentive at meal times and very efficient cleaning and restocking. We liked using the Lenox Club adult only pool for some quiet time as lots of families at the hotel. Shame you couldn't access the all inclusive drinks at this pool though as you paid extra each day to go in there. Also shame it isn't open longer. Overall it was pleasant enough stay. We enjoyed the burger night.

Most unfriendly hotel
We chose this hotel since there were multiple pools and the beach was near. The beach was really crowded. You can get sun bed for 10€.
Pool areas were always full (people occupy the chairs for many hours with their towels not being there and the staff don’t do anything about it). There is loud music at the pool areas.
We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and were assigned to a restaurant. Would not recommend it to gluten free eaters, I have never got so poor pizza in my entire life. I was told that there are also gf pasta and when I asked about it the staff gave me unpleasant face and said it will take a lot of time to prepare it. After 10 minutes they brought a plate only gf pasta (no sauce, nothing). There are no clear signs which contains gluten and which not. There was also some misunderstanding which restaurant we were supposed to eat, since in our first 3 days the staff was questioning our bracelet color. We said that the reception said that it is this restaurant but on third day one staff member said that we were supposed to be another restaurant.
Room was quite okey, clean and furnitures were new. However, we had connnecting door to other room and you could here other rooms conversations. We asked if we could change the room but the reception lady said immediately no, not even asking how many nights we were there. Balcony was tiny and there were only 1 chair.

Had more to wish
I travelled with my kids and we did not get the correct room, booked with four beds (we were three) but got a room with a double and a sofa, however since we travelled with my parents as well and they got the room next door I did not make a fuzz about it, since we then would have ended up in different buildings. The standard of the interior and outside was more poorly than the pictures. The view from the balcony was a big tree and buildings. There was not cleaned sheets. It was hard to understand were the pools were and the logistic, had to look at a map when we walked around the whole week, could have been better signs. We ordered the dinner buffet one day, the food was not terrific but nice view from their balcony. The buffet was supposed to be free for kids under eight and lower price for teens, however I ended up paying full price and when I questioned it when I checked out the personell was not good at english so I could not make him understand. I just had to let it be. Overall, nice time in Brac but would not stay in the same hotel again.
This is a big resort! Based on the photos we expected a hotel room, but instead we got an apartment, which was OK. The all-inclusive was a bit monotonous, but not bad! In some places we felt that it was not quite 4 stars, but we still had a good time. Supetar and the island are very cozy!
Food very great, room standard OK. Pool towels 20€ and you only get back 5€, would expect them to be included. No lime in the drinks if you have all inclusive, only if you pay for the drinks (extremely seaky)
This hotel is a solid good hotel and has the potential to be great. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, on the beach with close access to the paid beach facilities so you are very close to the sea, and less than a ten minute walk to the marina. The hotel complex is massive and has several pools, snack bars, restaurants, and a couple receptions, so you never feel squashed together.
You are assigned a restaurant at check in, but we did explore another restaurant anyway which was just as impressive if not better than ours. The restaurant is in a buffet style and is tasty, but can feel quite repetitive after while but staying for seven days is fine in respect of food variety.
Our room was recently refurbished and looked quite modern, and the room was in a clean state which was a relief. We received fresh towels every other day and a ‘touch up’ once during the week, please bear in mind that the bedding was only tidied and not actually changed.
The hot water was temperamental and we had atleast two, if not three days without hot water but this may have just been an issue with our room specifically.
The clubhouse was a great touch, which was an adults only semi-indoor pool and relaxation area with a paid bar, although an all-inclusive bar was a very short walk away. It allowed us to relax in a quieter environment with a great pool with views of the sea.
This is not a hotel for individual travellers. It is not a hotel per se. It is a giant campus of mixed hotels and vlocks of rooms. These are divided by fences making it difficult to navigate. For example, I was assigned to a specific restaurant but it was in a compound different from mine and I couldn't access the restaurant unless I caught someone coming out of the gate! This so called hotel caters to tour groups and gamilies with children. The only pleasure i had was to pay extra for a 'club' with an excellent infinity pool and no children allowed!
Overall, it's good. A lot of pools and animators everywhere, service staff zooming around and keeping things tidy. My kid had an easy time adapting and finding play friends, which is GREAT.
The food - also GREAT. Meat, non-meat, fruit, cake, salads...every meal every day something new. So, a big kudos for that.
Things that i didn't like - when you finish lunch, if you have an afternoon sleeping child like me, you'll likely miss the snack bar. It closes at 1700. And the bar in the hotel doesn't open 'till 1800. And you have to pay for cofee outside of meal timeframes. It's not THAT important, but there it is.
Overall, I deem it worth the money for people who enjoy this type of tourism. For me, it's borderline. Cause, now that we've tried it, i can say for sure it's not my type and we won't do it again. I like a bit more action under the feet (short trips, walks, visiting other places). Yes, you can do it here, but then - why pay for all inclusive? :-)
Hope this helps someone.
Very disappointed! So called 4 star, all inclusive resort. First off all, Not even close to 4 stars, rooms Are outdated (they don’t even have a card, you still have to use the key), Not clean, with scars on bed and walls. No toiletries in the Room (they don’t clean or change towels on sundays, and my wife asked for clean towels on monday the cleaning lady Said no, that they lack towels). We Had thousand of ants in our room. Food was mediocre, and actually they basicly push you out when breakfast/lunch/dinner is over. Drinks that they offer are only cheap ones, but really cheap ones (i Had indigestion the whole 4 day stas there). Wellness part of the hotel does Not exist. Empty pools and brojem saunas only.
And i can go on and on and on… fraud of a hotel. Not worth even 100€ a night (and we paid almost 300€ a night!!!???).
And yeah, one more thing… the worst of all… the last night there Turned out to be the horror night. My wife, my 6 year old kid and I were atacked and abused by another guest (for talking, Not loud talking, screaming or something but only for talking for 5-10 seconds in front of our Room till we unlock the stupid door), and ofcourse, we complained and the hotel did apsolutely nothing! I mean nothing! No compensation, they barely Said sorry. Sorry for our sleepless night, my childs and wifes fear, they don’t care that that person still walks freely around, nothing!
Avoid this so called resort! Don’t be a fool Like we were!

Wouldnt go back. Save your money - poor customer service, ripped towels, dirty cushions and poor management.
We checked in at 6pm and noticed walls peeling, dirty towels and a connecting door to another room that had a peephole facing into our room. We could see light coming through it so we were worried and felt unsafe. Reported to reception and was met with a very dissmissive response from Sonja saying theres nothing they can do until she gets her boss' permission to move our room.
Can you give us a time frame? 'No'.
But we dont feel safe in that room? 'Have some patience'.
We gave her our number and she said she'd call as soon as a room was ready. She came up to us during dinner at 7pm saying 'he'll be here soon' which gave us hope. It got to 10pm and hadnt heard anything so we asked at the desk. Annoyed at us she said we'd 'have to come back tomorrow nd see'. We asked for something to cover the hole like a sticky note. At that point Louiza (who'd been there the whole time) came over and moved us to a different room and said 'she was going home now' very lovely lady but why wasnt this done sooner when we first reported it?
The buffet is alright, nothing special - most items arent labelled or labelled incorrectly so risky if you have an allergy or dietary requirement.
We came down for dinner on my birthday at 7pm and turned away as theyd made a mistake and have a big group in. We were all-inclusive and despite multiple restaurants on site no alternatives were provided.
