"Great communication from Cotel, check in was a breeze with the self servixe code provided. Top floor of 7Zero1, thank heavens for all the windows and the heat wave! Thankfully there a was a fan left. All amendities needed to return back and cook dinner, chill a bottle of wine and even have a pot of BJ in the freezer. All in all a great stay - thanks! "

"Our overnight flight from the US was moved up several hours, so we arrived at the property much earlier than expected. The owner was gracious and got the place ready early so we could rest. Communication was excellent. The owner anticipated our every need. The studio was immaculate and well equipped. Great place to stop on the way to Bletchley Park!"

"Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work."

"We had several issues: Patio door to balcony (we were on third floor) had no key so could not make it safe for children. Windows had no limiters on them so they swung right out and you could have topped out. Windows could not be pulled shut easily because the handle had nothing to pull onto hence the seal was not tight and rendered the double glazing useless and we could hear all the noise from the restaurants we overlooked below plus the fight that broke out at 2 pm. All the problems listed...

"A very convenient central location for a long weekend in MK. We had everything we needed and couldn't have been better placed for shopping and dining. The owner was extremely helpful and great at communicating. The only slight downside is how noisy it is at night/in the early hours if it is hot and you want windows open, but overall a great place to stay."

"The property was spacious and with adequate kitchen outfit, made for a very pleasant stay. Great to have a washer, but a drying rack would have been greatly appreciated. Owner was very prompt with replies and gated/designated parking was a real plus. It was fun watching the long boats along the canal from the balcony."

"The parking space was too narrow. Utensil could have been more and cleaner. The outdoor light couldn’t be turned on, no one showed up to check it after reporting to customer service. At midnight some guys rang the door, while shouting around and asking to knock the neighbor’s door. "

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."
