"Clean room "

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Huge bathroom and double king bed which was very comfortable. Good location, right next to a metro station. We stayed over looking the back of the property which must be above a club though. Unfortunately that meant our sleep was heavily disturbed every evening, from 11pm through to 6am. Take earplugs! We wouldn’t stay again due to this as left more tired than we arrived."

"Clean, modern, convenient affordable property. Near metro, just a few stops from downtown, and not far from Chamartin, which I sought to be close to for an early train. It's on a side street, so quiet and restful. Rooms are a bit small - but as expected from photos and for a budget hotel in Madrid. Staff was very friendly and let me check in early after an exhausting long flight to Europe. There was also a shared kitchen one could access. Walkable to places to eat, shop and bank. Recommend this place for a convenient, easy Madrid stopover."

"Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "
