"The welcome drink coupon was ‘welcomed’ The top floor had the breakfast service & had a good selection of food & excellent wait staff. The hotel is located very near the supermarket, shopping, casinos, and a great massage place Caprice). A coffee shop is attached. Outside the hotel is an Arturo Rodriguez coffee place that also has great coffee. I’d stay here again. "

"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "

"This was located in a very nice area and was also a beautiful place. I arrived at almost midnight and the person in the lobby only spoke Spanish (as might be expected in Peru). Unfortunately, I had not been sent all of the necessary information from Hotels.com including the keycode for the door. I was able to contact the property manager and they were able to send me the door code - but all of this took at least 30 minutes when I would have rather been in bed. The property manager was great, but much of this could have been avoided if I was more familiar with this type of rental. There was no mention that the apartment did not have air conditioning. This is common in Lima, but the temperature was quite warm. "

"Most of the staff problematic, not good quality of service. Exception for miss Claudia and Mr Renzo they are very good in hospitality service. Mr.david started to learn. We had issues with the other teams at front desk as they did not offer a good service, many time rude and don't know how to solve issues with the stay. Lot of time waiting. Restaurant was another problem as the waitress and bar people very rude in its treatmen to the customers."
