Fine from afar but far from fine.

The hotel definitely doesn’t look as nice as the pictures in the listing. Maybe 15 years ago but not today. It’s a bit run down and a little dirty in some places but the staff really did try to make the stay as good as it was going to get. Can’t complain much because it was cheap.

Fine for the price, the gym is a little run down and the general decor is dated. Some of the kitchens in rooms don’t have similar utensils or pots/pans. Otherwise a fine hotel, it’s walkable to a nearby Aldis and other stores. Not super noisy, but occasionally has people milling around in the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and helpful though!

My second stay, fine for the price. Cons are the building is dated, the amenities are fine but the gym equipment is well loved and children came in to play on equipment. Didn’t use the laundry room but its near the gym and got a lot of use. Kitchen had different dishes and utensils than my previous visit. Pros are staff is friendly and helpful, good for the price, and walkable to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is not really all that unsafe despite folks hanging out in the parking lot. Relatively quiet despite being near 494. Again affordable and nice people.

I like it! I stayed one night…and left….relatively quiet….kind of smooth check in…nice room. Would i stay again..yeah….would i pay for something a little more to avoid them next time..most likely! But last minute option to lay your head down…it actually was quite good!

Easy stay, fair pay!

Friendly staff! Very easy going. There was some trash laying around outside but it seemed to be from bad guests. I see a bright future, I understand there is new ownership/management. Would definitely stay again, needs some repairs but I believe the new caretakers will get it under control soon enough.

Run-down hotel

I’ve stayed at this location on a number of occasions, but the state of this place is absolutely disappointing. I hope the owner performs major maintenance and upgrades. Otherwise, it shouldn’t be listed as an option for Hotels.com

Pretty awful. I got there- they didn't have a room so they upgraded but said -- tommorow you need to come back so we can put you in the room you paid for. (I was there for the weekend to see my son, not play hotel swap). Room clearly smelled heavily of smoking, There were no towels, soaps, a hole in the door, and basically pretty awesomely terrible. But crazy enough, it's in a really nice neighborhoo.
