Fantastic service and staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beautiful grounds but room was very cold and dim. Heating not working properly, not very warm. Although staff did check it, it wasn’t very warm and a draft coming through. Lighting in the room wasn’t working and then fixed but very dim.

"Firstly I got a email day before asking for my check in time and details which I gave. Only to find out when I get there the hotel is now a Hilton and the info I got was old. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is semi-fancy. Quite worn in places but had a lick of pain to freshen up. Loved balcony room ..."

Wonderful hotel
"Stayed on a Friday night . Availed if happy hour with beautiful live jazz band music in the background. Staff so genuinely friendly . Interior decor is gorgeous. Normally book a 4 star hotel but this stay has changed our minds ! Well done falstaff !"
