"Staff was not friendly at all. When trying to contact the motel prior to arrival, the phone was not answered until the 17th try. At the motel, the front desk phone was never answered. "

"Very nice place and extremely clean. Located is conveniently located near airport with a 24 hr shuttle that runs constantly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Miami. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you."
