"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! "To start off we had many issues with parking, once there we had no help with our luggage never did anyone sent help. The room was super hot and it had a smell, our sink was clogged and the shower head was what I looked clogged because there was no pressure . Overall we were very uncomfortable and decided to book another hotel for the night. They didn’t wanted to cancel the night we had left or even compensate us with a refund. So won’t be coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !"
