No hot water in the room. Had to take shower at the spa. Maintainance called upon arrival and when they came the same night, they stated it would be hot water to shower within 20 minutes and it was not. We had to go to the spa and shower due to no hot water in the room. They they again right before check out.and it was working. Also we did not receive expected welcome gift until stated not receiving right before check out. Then handed to us at check out. Paid for late checkout but got locked out. It would have been ok if the young lady at the front desk would not have been so dismissal.

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was nice. Our jacuzzi on our balcony had a discolored ring around it. The cabinet where the coffee maker is does not have a light so it’s hard to see what you’re doing. There were 2 tiny bottles of shampoo. The towels were rough, not soft and fluffy like you would expect. I guess the coffee and tiny shampoo bottles were supposed to be amenities. Room service; Ordered sandwiches and carrot cake. Literally, the carrot cake piece was 3” x 2”. Not full size meals like a would expect from a resort. We only ate at the buffet, most of the food did not look very appealing. You have to ask for bacon, it’s not out where you can get it with the other breakfast items. I just had toast, fruit and bacon. Had the buffet for dinner one night. Same opinion as breakfast, not appealing. We ended up having lunches and dinners in town at some awesome Mexican restaurants.

This is a great place to stay and is in a great location.
