213 Sand Dollar Cove Poinciana Place

  • Our beautiful Sand Dollar Cove is a small piece of paradise two blocks (.03 miles) away from the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast. Our prime location is nearby shopping at Silver Sand Outlets, dinning, and all the entertainment Miramar Beach has to offer. You will be undoubtedly pleased with your stay and we look forward to welcoming you to our family of guests. This condo is a second floor unit.

    This lovely one bedroom unit is quite spacious, and sleeps four. We have a queen size pull out couch located in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom. The unit consists of a full size kitchen, and a minimal stocked pantry. Full size washer & dryer available inside the unit. Linens and beach towels available for guests use. Bathroom consists of a shower/ tub combo. Wifi, Smart TVs & DVD player are also provided for guests.

    Guest will have full access to the condo and shared pool with 12 units total. This condo is a second floor unit.

    We are local, we use Airbnb to message guests but are available by text or phone in emergencies. Condo is self check in/out for your stay.

    •Parking: you make park in any space within the complex parking. There are no assigned spaces
