BEACH FRONT-Gorgeous 2 BR Condo with Fabulous View

  • This beautiful, beachfront condo is located at the spectacular Tops'l Resort. Completely remodeled, this condo is located on the fourth floor of Beach Manor. This condo offers a GORGEOUS, panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, pristine condo has a full kitchen. The laundry closet has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in living area. Both bedrooms have televisions. There is also a television in the living area. This condo has two full baths. Master bathroom has shower and two sinks. Guest bathroom has shower/bathtub and sink.

    The balcony provides an incredible beach view. From the balcony, you can see the beach, the boardwalk, Beach Manor pool and the Tops'l Resort pool. You can walk out of the building to the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, and, of course, the beautiful beach! There is covered parking for our guests in the Beach Manor parking garage. Beach umbrella/chairs setups are available for rent (seasonally) on the boardwalk leading down to the beach.

    You are only minutes away from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard, which are great for entertainment, shopping and dining.

    NON- SMOKING - NO PETS - MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO RENT.

Great Trip

Spring break

We love this location and the condo. Our parents stayed in the condo next door and there was a big difference. This condo feels like a home away from home. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to booking with them again.

Beach Manor Condo in Tops’l

Condo was very nice and loved being right on the beach. Bedrooms bathrooms kitchen den and balcony were all nice. The only negatives were that the pool bar closed at 7 p.m., we are not allowed to use the upper pool, we were not allowed to use the tennis courts or pickleball, courts, and because we had a large sprinter van that wouldn’t fit in the parking garage, we had to pay $30/day to park at the Tides (very far away where there were tons of open parking spaces). The person at the gate did not know very much because he told us our van would fit no problem. Also, we were not allowed to set up our own umbrella that we brought for our grand baby. We had to go outside the edges of the property to set up on the beach. Our condo owner was very good and communicative.. No problem getting in the condo when we got there. Owner needs to clean the sofa bed mattress and get new sheets as it had a hole in it. All that aside, we would stay there again. Great location, nice condo and pool.

This is our second time staying at this same condo. It is always clean and the beach view is great. The host ensures that you have all the necessary information prior to arrival which makes that part of the trip stress free. The location is excellent as it is near all types of shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants. It has become our annual go to place for the Destin area.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. Everything was just as described and everyone we met was very pleasant. Not a single bad experience or complaint. Even the weather cooperated for our stay. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.The cherry on top was a real coffee maker, not Kuerig. Thank you!!
