The home is located in the heart of Miramar Beach within walking distance of the picturesque white sand beaches. Enjoy your morning stroll to grab coffee or indulge in beachside food or drink, all within a mile of the house. If Mother Nature gets in your way, take a quick drive to the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, or Baytowne Wharf to get your shopping fix or entertain the little ones! Cap the evening off with a sunset cruise via golf cart down scenic 98!

The Space
Welcome to your perfect beach retreat — a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath home.

The main floor features a stylish open-concept living area with a plush sectional, 65" smart TV, and seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Also on this level is a convenient bedroom and full bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Step out back and unwind around the propane fire pit, or catch the game on the covered patio complete with outdoor TV, lounge seating, and grill — perfect for sunset dinners and evening hangs.

Upstairs, a second living space offers a quiet spot to work or study with a dedicated desk and a twin-size pull-out couch. Each bedroom is outfitted with smart TVs and fresh linens to make you feel right at home.

We hope you make wonderful memories here! This was previously our primary residence where we raised our 3 kids while stationed here in Northwest Florida on military orders.

The house was great & very close to the beach!

This is a beautiful house. It was very clean and uncluttered. We appreciated all of the helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the hosts. They even went out of their way to purchase skewers for us so that we could make smores. This house works well for a couple of families to share and we were really grateful for the use of the golf cart as it is a little drive down to the beach. What a great place to stay for the week!
