Welcome to Beach Manor 111, “Seagrass Oasis” – a ground-floor beachfront condo in Miramar Beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Skip the elevator and step right out to your private patio, where a lush green lawn leads you just steps from the beach and pool—your ultimate coastal retreat.

Inside, the bright living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, while the newly remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, appliances, and even a Keurig to make your stay effortless. A washer and dryer are also provided for convenience.

The master suite features a spacious king bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes three twin beds, while the guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to seven guests.

Just 10 miles east of Destin, Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort combines relaxation with easy access to shopping, dining, and activities. Beach Manor sits directly on the sand, bordered by a tranquil nature preserve that enhances the views, offers glimpses of wildlife, and ensures a more peaceful stretch of shoreline.

Excellent Property

Great location

This is a convenient first floor condo that is very close to the boardwalk access to the beach and pool. It was great for our family with three kids. The condo is nice and clean and also has a covered parking garage. The management group is very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is the fact that if you don’t want to pay for the beach service umbrellas then you can’t bring your own unless you set up behind several rows of their umbrellas which puts you pretty far from the water. Overall, would stay here again!

Love this condo

This is our second year staying in this condo unit at Tops'l. We have been booking condo's at Tops'l Resort for years. Love the location and amenities. All units we've stayed at have been great so far. This one might be my favorite! It is on the ground floor right next to the beach and pool which makes commuting beach gear a lot easier. The unit is up to date with a great kitchen and washer/ dryer. Tons of places to sleep so kids can bring friends if they wanted to. I would definitely recommend this unit and will be staying here again!

When you have small children with a lot of beach toys and ice chests, a short quick walk to the beach is huge. The condo is also well designed to maximize space. It was fully stocked with Keurig, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and accessories which was a great plus. Loved the unit and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The property was just like it was described. It was clean and well-maintained. It was very convenient to walk out the patio door to the sidewalk to get to the beach or the pool. Didn't have to ride elevators to and from. I would definitely stay here again. There was an issue with the patio door that I reported upon arrival. The door handle kept falling off and we were not able to lock the door. The office said they would complete a work order, but NO ONE showed up the entire week to fix the problem. I was not comfortable with a door that didn't lock. Also, the toilet in the hall bath was VERY slow to flush. It needs to be replaced.

Needs Cleaning, Updating and friendlier beach workers

First, this property was not clean upon arrival. It looked like someone had changed sheets and that was it. The bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and patio all had things left from the previous tenants. There was so much sand in the living room area when we arrived that we couldn’t walk without shoes. Our second night, I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and almost stepped on a massive roach in the master bath. The guys they have working the beach chair service were beyond rude and the entire facility seemed to only want to cater to the owners. We usually stay at Beachside Two down the street but they had sold their condo and friends told us to try Tops’l because they love it. This was by far one of our worst experiences.

Love Beach Manor

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come back to Beach Manor every single Summer and 111 was one of the first ones we stayed in when we first discovered this gem. However, this year is the first time 111 was back to use has a rental for a year or two. It’s beautifully remodeled but we ran in to some issues. The first being the master bed is hard has a rock! It is not at all comfortable! We do love the setup of the 2nd bedroom though. It was perfect for our three small kids. The door leading from the living room to the patio wasn’t working properly and even though we put in a work order to have it fixed Gibson Rentals never sent someone back to fox it. Also the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. Other than those few issues we enjoyed our stay but not sure we will return to 111 until they get a new master bed that doesn’t feel like you slept on plywood.
