Guests checking in must be 21 or older.
The resort has very limited parking onsite. One vehicle is allotted per unit. All other vehicles may park at Majestic Sun (77 Seascape Drive, Building C, Destin, FL 32550), for a fee of$15 per stay. Limited Parking Passes will be available at check in for each unit.
Fitness center access is available 1.8 miles away at the nearby Majestic Sun.
A check-in desk is now located at the resort. It will be open Sun. - Thur. 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Fri./Sat. 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Guests arriving after hours should check in at Majestic Sun (77 Seascape Drive, Building C, Destin, FL 32550).

There are no elevators on property.
